Function¶
Applies MSM or FreeSurfer spherical registration by projecting coordinates through registered sphere to target space.
Modality: Surface GIFTI files (sphere-in, sphere-project-to, sphere-unproject-from).
Typical Use: Applying surface registration transforms to resample data between atlas spaces.
